A :Jakarta, Indonesia
Q: Can you speak English ?
A : English, Japanese (fair), Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, Chinese(fair), France (using google translate yes)
Q: Do i need to buy all colors ?
A : YES.. definitely. 1 design / set is about 6 colors, so you must buy all colors
Q: How many sets is minimum purchase ?
A : Minimum is 1 set (6dressess)
Q: Is the price on the posts include shipping already (on the title )?
A : price is not including shipping, cause i dont even know where to ship the package, rite? so please whatsapp me where you from and which design u want to purchase
Q: Could you send the package to other countries ?
A : Yes i ship to Worldwide.. using DHL , UPS, Aramex and EMS all with trackable tracking
(the delivery time vary from 2-10days)
Q: what shipping company did you use ?
A: i use local shipping agent that forward to DHL, UPS and Aramex also for Asian Country i use firstFlight

Q: Do you have a store ?
A : Yes, I have a warehouse/office at Kebon Kacang 1 no 6, Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat, Indonesia.

Q: Can i Pick color and mix design ?
A : No. im doing wholesale. its not possible to pick n mix. but must buy all colors shown on picture.
Q: Can i Custom Made a design / colors ?
A : Some design could be custom made order, for example making it longer, or bigger, but there is min. qty. and down payment.
Q: Why 1 dozen ? why not just 3 pcs ?
A : i prefer sell to reseller not end user buyer, so my reseller could sell to them in their respective country. and, my shipping company, charge higher if you shipped below 12pcs. believe me, they do.
Q: is your product made by yourself ?
A : some of the design i made and took photos my self, some of other designs is from other factory.
Q: what is the size of the product, and what fabric?
A : all of it, are free size (but fit to L size -for asian people, may be just M for american and european) but some got XXL size, so fit to every normal size ladies in this world (hopefully)
Fabric : mostly rayon spandex and chiffon.
Q: are you girl or man ?
A: I’m man, but my wife is woman, so is it needed to put in this FAQ ? lol..
Q: are you a moslem ?
A: No, i’m a businessman, asking religion is out of the topic in business-wise.
Q: how can i believe you?
A: you could ask me to write a word, and i’ll put it on the stock and can took a video for you and send you using whatsapp. i also got a lot of receipts. i can send it to you, or maybe my customer contacts.
or i could show u the tracking, and you may check for it.
Q: is all ready stock ?
A : not always, you need to ask, its fast moving, some product sell really quick, and limited stock,

Q: i saw some product is pre order ?
A : yes, pre order product means still on the making, and you could order first, by the time mentioned in the post, it will be ready. and you could pay. PLEASE order only when u firm to buy. if you cancel the preorder when the goods is ready, i will blacklist you not to buy from me again.
Q: What if i dont have whatsapp ?
A : i think you just have to install one, it really convenient, and will get you more business.

A : you could pay using Paypal, Western Union, Moneygram, Bank Transfer,
or even better for Singapore Customer: you could just transfer using POSB (ibanking or ATM)
Q: if i have paid, when u gonna send the item?
A: i will send it ASAP, if not weekend, i will send it a day after u paid.

A : tinggal SMS aja, nanti akan di bales mengenai total jumlah yang harus di bayar, jika stoknya ada
trus kirim uang via BCA atau Mandiri, nanti paketnya akan di kirimin via JNE
saat ini Dineto cuman melayani pembelian Grosir (minimum 6 pcs )
Q: kalo belinya banyak boleh pake kurir yg lain ga selain JNE?
A: Kalo untuk kurir di area jakarta bekasi bisa pake SACE EXPRESS,
sedang untuk luar kota pake MEX berlian/sentral cargo.
Q: mau donk pin bbnya.
